In 2016, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Texas State University. Colleen has advanced her clinical training to focus on integrative and functional approaches to care. Her clinical approach emphasizes precision medicine, with a focus on identifying and addressing root contributors to illness rather than solely managing symptoms. Care is individualized based on a patient’s genetics, environment, lifestyle, and biochemical profile.

Her practice integrates conventional medical and psychiatric treatment with functional medicine principles, including evaluation of nutritional deficiencies, metabolic dysfunction, gut and immune health, hormonal balance, and inflammatory contributors. She has extensive experience in functional medicine, women’s health, health and nutrition, and lifestyle-based interventions.

In addition to psychiatric care, Colleen offers comprehensive wellness visits focused on health optimization, prevention, and long-term vitality. This broad scope allows her to support both physical and mental health across the lifespan.

With a strong commitment to improving access to high quality mental health care, Colleen focuses on integrative psychiatric treatment for complex and treatment resistant conditions. She is also actively engaged in the study and clinical application of emerging therapies, including psychedelic assisted treatments for conditions such as treatment resistant depression and PTSD.

Colleen is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, and Florida. She resides in Hingham, Massachusetts, with her husband of more than twenty years, their three young adult children, and their English Cream Golden Retrievers, Mooney and Rae.
